Clean Car – Clean Living

I love my car and everything about it. From the exterior design to the interior, everything seems to be a masterpiece done and chosen with passion. Before I use it I make sure that it is very clean to the extent that it is gleaming inside and out. I am a very delicate person so I do my best to make my car, which I consider as my best friend, neat and fresh smelling.

One of the important parts of the car is the interior. A clean interior doesn’t only give a great look but is also better for our health. Whether we are preparing our car for sale or simply want to keep it clean, we have to remember that cleaning is not a play. When we vacuum, we should remove the floor mats so that the dirt inside will also go to the vacuum cleaner. When we proceed to cleaning the seats and upholstery, we should remember to wipe it thoroughly with a dry cloth. If an upholstery cleaner is not available, we can always use turtle wax to make them gleam with shine. I also make sure that the exterior is very clean and I just do the car washing by myself. It is true that people can reflect our personality through the things we own so it’s better to practice clean living in all aspects of our life.

Hipstamatic is Hip

Photography is a favorite hobby. For iPhone users, they will surely find the photography app called Hipstamatic very hip. Hipstamatic is another way to make photo shoots fun and edgy. Users will be glad to know there are new cases available for their Hipstamatic camera aside from the traditional Classic Black. The Dali Dreamscape and Eggshell White camera cases make snapping pictures very cool. The array of lenses available is also amazing. Kaimal Mark II, Salvador 84, John S and Jimmy lenses give varied textures and effects to photographs. Salvador 84 lens, when paired with the DreamCanvas film, gives these edgy, shadow effects that are sure to amp the attributes of any photograph. The Jimmy lens, when paired with Kodot film, makes the edges of a photograph aged—a very endearing method, especially for fans of anything old school. The greatest thing about Hipstamatic is that it is very user-friendly.

401K To pay Off Debt

Recently I’ve read an interesting article covering the subject of using 401K to pay credit card debts. Personally, my own view here is to avoid getting it as much as possible. Retirement is a very sensitive stage of our life, there is no second chance in securing good financial status once we are already old and weak. So as much as possible, saving for our 401K must be taken seriously.
But if there is no more way out of your debt and 401K is the only solution you can see, don’t forget to seek out the advice of the experts first. Some debt relief companies offer free debt consolidation and also credit card debt consolidation to help debtor device a workable scheme to pay their debt.

Movie Review: Toy Story 3

An all time favorite movie of mine – Toy Story! At least for now, it is the only movie I am glad they have continued to make a sequel. “Toy Story 3 is the continuation of one of the most recognized and well-loved movie franchises ever. It not only revolutionized how movie merchandising was marketed and sold but it also changed how we saw movies – it created a whole film genre of its own.
It was the first all CGI feature-length film and still is a testament on how much technology in movie making has evolved. It is truly a big challenge to create the third film since we all knew that the Toy Story 1 and 2 scored high on everyone’s all time favorite.
Here’s the synopsis of the movie and find out if it will continue the legend: Woody (Tom Hanks), Buzz (Tim Allen) and the whole gang of toys are desperately trying to get the attention of Andy (John Morris). Andy has neglected his toys for years and now that he is 18 and going to college, the gang feels hopeless that they’ll ever be played with. The toys are accidentally thrown as trash when Andy was cleaning up his room, although what he wanted was to keep all his toys in the attic. The toys are hurt and decide that they will just go to the donation bin. They arrive at the Sunnyside Daycare with other toys being friendly to them. Woody decides to go back to Andy alone as his other friends decide to stay. He later finds out that Sunnyside Daycare is an unhappy place, where toys are tortured and brutally played with. Will Woody be able to rescue his friends? More importantly, are they going to be reunited with Andy before he finally goes away?

The movie is just almost perfect, I love all the characters and you should watch it in IMAX 3D to enjoy its full splendor.

Movie Review: Knight and Day

If you love the Black Eyed Peas then don’t forget to catch the “Knight and Day”. Of course, will.i.am doesn’t play the villain in the movie but he wrote “Someday” the theme song of Tom Cruise’s latest action film “Knight and Day.” The Black Eyed Peas debuted the song by spinning it at an after-party that followed their concert at London’s O2 Arena last May 27.
The sexy action-comedy “Knight and Day” stars Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz. He is a covert agent sent on a mission he was never meant to complete while Cameron Diaz’s character is a woman caught between the agent and those he claims set him up. As their globetrotting adventure erupts into a maze of double-crosses, close escapes and false identities, they come to realize that all they can count on in the end is each other. “Knight and Day” also stars Peter Sarsgaard, Viola Davis, Paul Dano, Maggie Grace and Marc Blucas. This film looks to be worth a look when it starts showing later this month.

Definitely, The Black Eyed Peas are one of the most successful recording groups to date. Fergie, will. i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo have surpassed their hip-hop roots and have become a global phenomenon. They have already won six Grammy Awards and are currently touring to promote their fifth album, The E.N.D., which has already sold 7 million copies worldwide. This movie venture and teaming up with famous Hollywood stars Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz is just an example of their evolution as performers.

Movie Review: Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time

During the first half hour, I seem to not understand the plot of the story. True, that the fight scenes are fabulous but the roles played by each character is a bit bizarre. Good thing it did a clearer pickup when the King died. “Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time” is loosely-based on the widely successful 2003 game of the same name.

The story revolved around the lives of Dastan (Jake Gyllenhaal), a child living on the streets until the Persian King adopted him due to his courage and good heart. Fifteen years after that fateful event, Dastan is now Prince of Persia. Together with his two brothers Tus (Richard Coyle), Garsiv (Toby Kebbell) and their uncle Nizam (Ben Kingsley), the Persians plan on attacking the holy city of Alamut in the belief that the city is supplying the enemies of Persia with weapons. The Persians overrun the city and Dustan gets a peculiar dagger from one of his fights during the attack. However though, the Persians are hard-pressed to find the hidden weapons they are looking for. The King is not happy with the haphazard decision of his son and heir Tus (Richard Coyle)and deem him still unfit for the throne. The next day, the King is presented with a holy robe by Dastan. Unfortunately, the robe is poisoned and the King dies. Dastan is accused of assassinating the King and he must now find out who framed him up. There to help him is Princess Tamina, the guardian of the dagger.

“Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time” was a good movie with all the great special effects it has. But overall it is not something you would remember for the rest of your life.

Movie Review: Iron Man 2

Robert Downey Jr. is back to play as Tony Stark again in “Iron Man 2″. Here’s the synopsis of the new sequel:  six months after the events of the first film, Iron Man has brought peace between the world’s major super powers. Even though Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and his Iron Man suit has brought balance, the U.S. Government wants to get the suit technology Stark developed for their own military purposes. Stark refuses to give in and boldly declares that his technology won’t be replicated by anyone in the world for years to come and the Government need not worry about it. While in Monaco though, Stark is attacked by Ivan Vanko (Mickey Rourke). Ivan has replicated the mini arc reactor and has used this to power his two electrical whips. Tony is able to stop Ivan but this just proves that Stark’s earlier statement is false making the U.S. Government more critical of his suit. Making things worse, the palladium mineral powering Stark’s heart is slowly poisoning his body. Stark has to find an alternative for the palladium core or else he will poison himself to death.

Two hours was not enough to develop the whole plot, so don’t be surprised to see poor editing and inconsistencies in the movie. Over all the action scenes, good performance and witty dialogues are worth your time.

Why Can’t Men Be More Like Women?

Estimation shows that there are more than 2 million American men currently living with prostate cancer, which is believed as the most common non-skin cancer in the US. The data shows that one out of six men is affected. One hundred and ninety two thousand men are diagnosed to have prostate cancer in 2009, and 27,000 out them died from the disease. Definitely, one case occurs in every 2.7 minutes and a man dies from the disease very after nineteen minutes.
Dr. Jonathan W. Simons of the Prostate Cancer Foundation said that: “Every man has the right to know if he has cancer and the PSA test and an informed discussion with the specialist are the best tools for an early diagnosis when available treatments are most effective.”
